Information you give us through WhatsApp, Messenger, email or our forms, such as your name, contact details, business details and the documents needed to deliver our services (for example identity documents for company formation). Our website forms open WhatsApp with your details; the website itself does not store them.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver the services you order, file documents with government agencies and marketplaces on your behalf, and send you service updates.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to deliver your service, such as US state agencies, registered agent providers, the IRS and marketplaces. We do not sell your data.

Terms of Service
Services
We provide company formation, marketplace approval, account management and related services as described on this website and in your quote.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Company formation and project services are paid in advance. Brand approval is paid 50% upfront and 50% after approval. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
Third-party decisions
Approvals and registrations are decided by marketplaces and government agencies. We cannot guarantee their decisions or timelines.
