Do I need an SSN or ITIN?
No. Your LLC gets its own EIN (Employer Identification Number), which is all you need to open an Amazon seller account.

Is there any yearly filing?
Yes. Most states require an annual report, and foreign-owned single-member LLCs file Form 5472 with the IRS each year. Starter clients get reminders from us.
